The Big Bopper Drive-In
The plan was to visit Paula’s Pancake House but the 45 minute wait torpedoed the plan. Next the requirement we eat at a place in a one block radius led us to The Big Bopper Drive-In.
Channel Islands Cruise with Island Packers
We booked a half day tour of Channel Islands National Park with Island Packers. The Channel Islands are made up of Anacapa, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, San Miguel, and Santa Barbara. The trip from Oxnard to Anacapa took about an hour.

3941 Mason Street San Diego, CA 92110 Venezuelan cuisine mixed with Latin American fusion really makes this place special. They’ve been around since 2011, wish I found them sooner!

The Hitching Post II
I was staying in Solvang and excited to see a Hitching Post restaurant nearby. Delicious scent of oak smoke was strong in the parking lot. There were many meat and fish choices on the menu but I can’t resist quail and ribs. I watched as the flames cooked my meal.
Odysea Aquarium
