Feels like I haven’t been here in ages, so it was nice to visit again.
Got lucky and found a parking spot out front. The no back barstools are deceptively comfortable. Making my back happy. Usually I avoid these types of stools because I find them rather painful.
This trip I ordered the original Balboa burger, salt & pepper fries and a Guinness. While we were eating numerous flat screen tv’s were playing various show’s. One happened to be playing the last half of Rocky. One of my all time favorite movies.
My burger was juicy and flavorful. The bun was buttery and fluffy. I liked the dip for the fries too. Still a great place to come for a drink and a burger.
