Nuccio’s Bakery & Pastry – New York
I like to get up early and start my day as the sun rises. It’s the best time to visit bakeries. Everything is freshly baked and the good stuff runs out later in the day. My family use to take me to a little bakery a couple blocks from our Chinese laundry. We got there early and were greeted by the aroma of fresh apple pie. That and donuts were my biggest weaknesses. Nuncio’s has a nice aroma of fresh baked bread.

San Diego Chicken Pie Shop
Green grass around us Mountain trails for us to trek Blue sky above us. Phel Steinmetz introduced me to the Chicken Pie Shop back when this place was located on the corner of 5th Av. in Hillcrest. We were on a field trip to apply the photo techniques we learned in the classroom. This was our last stop on our day long adventure. Chicken pie was the best I’d ever had.

Dreamsicle cupcake Lost in memories fading Photographs of past. Sugar & Scribe was one of my fav bakeries in town and I was sad they left as I’m in this area often.
