Matt’s Big Breakfast is popular. We waited over 30 minutes for breakfast.
Guy Fieri visited one of the other locations.
I ordered the Hickory Burger. Beef was nicely seasoned but cooked well done. Canadian bacon was tender and tasted like ham. I added bacon which had a delicious savory pork flavor along with that of black pepper. Bbq sauce added a tangy bbq flavor. Burger had many delicious flavors but was a bit dry. Freshly made chips were crunchy and had a delicious fresh fried flavor. Among the best chips I’ve had.
Honey lemonade had a very sweet honey flavor with lemon flavor. Good tasting drink but I’d prefer more lemon flavor and less honey.
I also sampled a piece of waffle. Nice crunchy outer layer with fluffy inside. I enjoyed the flavor of the waffle with a bit of added sweetness from the powdered sugar.
Next time I’ll have to try a breakfast entrée.

The chips were my favorite item so far.
Looks like a solid place with decent prices. I think I’d enjoy that honey lemonade too!
