OB Noodle House closed when the apocalypse started.  I like visiting during the off season.  Place is packed during the summer.  I noticed they just reopened so I ordered pork and Chinese sausage pan fried noodles to go.

Place was packed at 3pm.  Plexiglass shields separated all the tables.  Looked pretty safe inside.

Crispy egg noodles were packed separate from everything else.

My cooler kept everything hot so my meal was just as good as eating at the restaurant.

Loved the mix of flavors from the crunchy egg noodles, tender pork, crispy cabbage, and the amazingly flavorful Chinese sausage.  OB Noodle House is one of my favorite spots to get pan fried noodles.

2nd visit.  Beef short rib was tender and full of flavor.

Good thing this dish came with some moist rice as the beef had so much flavor cutting it with the rice gave it have the perfect balance of flavors.

Much has changed since I last visited.  Outside the parking spots have been converted to a tented eating area. There are far fewer tables inside.

In the back there is an even nicer eating area.

Unchanged are the friendly staff, the great tasting food, and the scent of the sea.  Hope this place stays open as it’s one of my fav spots to eat.  I also reviewed OB Noodle House in 2019.
