I loved visiting Tijuana when I was a kid.  Mexican bakeries were easy to find and the scent of fresh baked goodness wafted into the streets.  Inside you grabbed a big aluminum tray and a pair of thongs.  Racks of fresh baked goodies waited for you to choose from.  I always picked a concha. Barrio Donas opened in 2019 and has a new and shiny look and feel.  Very different from the old school bakeries like Panchitas I usually go to.
