Cold, smooth on my tongue, so creamy, rich vanilla flavor. They call it Double Fold Vanilla. It’s one of the best I’ve tasted. Reminds me of McConnell’s vanilla.
Pots of Gold & Rainbows was filled with Lucky Charms cereal and marshmallows. Smooth, crunchy, and filled with varying degrees of sweetness in each bite. My 2nd favorite flavor.
Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie was a mixture of salty and wildly sweet berry flavor with a bit of crunchy pie crust.
Waffle cone holding all this cold goodness together was fresh and full of sweet waffle flavor.
Each guest was given a gift bag with a chocolate bar and a pint of ice cream. 🙂 Milk chocolate bar had a rich chocolate flavor with crunchy pecans and rich coffee flavor.
Salt + Straw employees were very friendly and helpful. I met the ice cream maker Tyler Malik. He has created some incredibly imaginative flavors and has some great tasting classic flavors. Thanks to Salt + Straw and Danny for the great pre-Grand Opening event!
One Paseo looks clean and modern like the remodeled UTC.
