Our day started with free parking at Canyon Crest Academy and the school bus ride to the fair.
Farm fresh produce
Sunflower Farm Stand + a honey and flower roadside stand

On the drive from where we were staying in Fresno to Kings Canyon National Park I saw a stand selling flowers and honey.
Worldmark Bass Lake

For our Yosemite visit we stayed at Worldmark Bass Lake which was right next to Bass Lake. It was about a 15 minute drive to Yosemite. Bass Lake was a very nice looking lake with some houses around it.
Guadalupe City

Mission La Purisima was established in this area in 1787. Guadalupe California was incorporated as a city in May 1946.
Solvang Farmer’s Market

While walking through the farmers market I was looking for tasty strawberries. I saw 4 vendors with nice looking strawberries. One vendor had strawberries with aroma that wafted into the walkway. I followed the scent and asked where the strawberries were grown.
Farm Stand West

Farm Stand West is a cute spot off the 15 freeway. Not alot of selection for the size of the establishment.
Ocean Beach Farmers Market

Ocean Beach Farmers Market is only a few blocks from the beach and the weather was lovely at the end of summer. I loved the variety of vendors.
Bristol Farms – La Jolla

Bristol Farms was Albertson’s when I moved to the area. They remodeled it and they have an ever changing assortment of exotic food now. It’s an adventure seeing what new items they have.
