A friend visited Modbom and told me they had great tasting bbq. I took a look at their website which didn’t provide any information. On google I found out the kitchen opens at 12pm so I drove over at 12pm. Luckily I found a spot a few blocks away but it didn’t look good for finding spots later in the day.
Waiter handed me a menu with brunch on one side and dinner on the other side.
Sadly the bbq was on the dinner menu and only available after 2pm on weekends.
Me: I’ll have the breakfast burger with no cheese, onions, or pickle.
Waiter: We do not allow any changes to the menu. Let me check to see if the breakfast burger is available.
Waiter: The breakfast burger is available but it’s pre-made so we can’t make any changes to it.
I left and won’t be back. I don’t wanna eat somewhere that has pre-made burgers.
I miss the old days when the customer was always right. I’m gonna stick with Eat Crispy Burger when I need a burger. They are happy to see me and will make my burger however I want it. Grand Ole Bbq has awesome bbq when I need my bbq fix.

I’ve never heard of a pre-made burger. Good thing there are many great burger options in town!
It turned out the waiter was not good at communications.
