I was excited that Yelp was having an event at Songhak BBQ.
I enjoy cooking my own meat as it comes out the exact doneness you want. Nice waitress prepped the grill with butter so the meat would not stick to the grill. We each were given a half pound of pork belly.
I made sure each piece got some time on the hottest part of the grill so there was a nice char. I loved the flavor of the pork with the light char.
Pork was tender and the fat layer made this a juicy treat. Very high quality pork.
Thanks to Yelp CM Hannah N.and Songhak BBQ for the great experience. Next time I’ll have to try the bulgogi.

Sounds like a great place with promising options. Korean BBQ is something I missed during the height of the pandemic since it’s as much about the food as it is about the company.
