Driving up I noticed a huge smoker in the parking lot.

Very good sign. I love smoked meats.

They smoke with oak here and the scent entices you inside.

You order in the line and staff grab meats out of a warmer/oven.

Interesting how a can of soda was less than a bottle of water.

I ordered a Cactus Cooler. Very sweet with a tasty orange – pineapple flavor.

Pork ribs were very tender and full of smoky flavor. Loved the flavors from the dry rub which had just the right amount of black pepper. Among the best ribs I’ve found in town.

Sliced brisket moist was extremely tender and bursting with flavor from smoking and the dry rub.

Staff was friendly and helpful. This place gets busy around noon and the parking lot fills up. It’s worth the wait for the delicious bbq. I am very impressed by the awesome bbq joints in Arizona. Thanks to my Yelp friend Sara M. for the recommendation.
