I visited Ale Tales Taproom for Yelp Elite Week. Staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered a Maine Root Beer and a Bob’s burger.
Main Root Beer was sweet and had that distinctive root beer flavor. Pretty good.
Bob’s burger was an American Wagyu blend and I added bacon.
Wagyu was tender and juicy with a delicious beef flavor. Bacon had a smoky and savory flavor. Very good tasting burger.
I noticed lots of locals have dogs and this place is very dog friendly.
Cool how Ale Tales is located on the bottom floor of an expensive apartment tower. I admired the dual pane low-E glass windows and balconies. Quite different than the run down apartment we had the first years of my life.

Bob’s burger sure was delicious!
Looks like a great burger. I’m sure this place will do well with its tasting area/bar – looks like just the sort of watering hole to catch a game or enjoy some drinks with friends.
They use very good quality beef. :-). It’s nice more and more places are using wagyu.
