The Craft Creamery

The Craft Creamery doesn’t actually make ice cream.  They curate a collection of ice cream from places that do.

When I visited they had ice cream from Fosselman’s, Tillamook, Cedar Crest, Full Tilt, and Petersen’s.  I love Fosselman’s ice cream so I had a good feeling about this place.  Before the apocalypse I would go on a yearly pilgrimage to Fosseleman’s with my 70qt Yeti and return with 10 half gallons.

Staff was very friendly and hard working.  I’m glad they are giving out samples as there were some unique flavors.  I chose 2 pints.

Lemon marshmallow had a mix of sweet marshmallow and sour lemon flavor.  I love lemon ice cream and marshmallows separately so putting them together was a flavor explosion.  Soft fluffy texture of the marshmallows went well with the smooth ice cream.
Blueberry waffle cone was a mix of rich creamy blueberry ice cream and crunchy waffle cone pieces.  Delicious mix of flavors and textures made my mouth happy.

I look forward to seeing what new flavors Craft Creamery has next.
