Cold. Rich. Creamy. Slowly melting. My mouth is full of vanilla flavor. Made extra thick this is one of the best vanilla shake’s I’ve had. They use ice cream from one of my fav ice cream shops. Fosselman’s. It’s awesome I don’t have to drive to LA for Fosselman’s ice cream anymore.
Naked fries were crunchy and full of potato flavor. Melt spice seasoning was awesome. Never had parsley salt before. I wish more fries came in the order as they were gone all too soon.
Megamelt burger with bacon, lettuce, and tomato was made with a mix of angus and wagyu. There was a nice char on the patty which had a delicious flavor and was tender and juicy. Bacon added a nice salty flavor. Love the high ratio of beef to bun in this Mega burger.
Employees were friendly and provided speedy service.
The Melt invited us to visit for Yelp Elite Week to try out their menu and I was impressed.
2nd visit
Melt burger with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Same great flavors as the Megamelt burger.
There was less meat flavor and more of the other flavors. I prefer the Megamelt as I love having more beef flavor.
Rocky Mountain root beer had a delicious mix of flavors. Reminds me of Barqs root beer.
I spent a lot of time in this mall when I was bagging groceries at Ralphs and patrolling the parking lot for stray shopping cars. Back then Flame Broiler and Rubios were the main food choices. Now it’s hard to recognize from the old days with Ralphs and Blockbuster gone. After the makeover and the additional new shops it’s like the fancy new UTC. While there are many new places to eat Sprinkles and The Melt are my fav eateries.

My friend went to this event too. I thought they only served grilled cheese sandwiches 🙁 The location looks fun. I like the parsley salt idea. Agree that this strip mall has changed tremendously ! Can’t believe you used to work as a bagger and security guard –
The burgers are good! I wasn’t the security guard. I was the shopping cart guy. I walked around the parking lot rounding up shopping carts. It was an easy job and I got lots of exercise.
