Mama G’s Kitchen & Sauces is in an interesting location surrounded by office buildings.
I tried the lomo saltado with beef. Loved the fresh juicy roasted tomato. Fries were crispy and had a tasty fried potato flavor. Beef was tough and I let the owner know. She let me know the supplier gave her a batch of sirloin steak that was not what she ordered.
She also cooked up an order of lomo saltado with some sirloin steak from her previous butcher order. This second dish featured tender sirloin steak. I enjoyed the tender sirloin steak with a small amount of the brown sauce.
Mama G provided great customer service. The lomo saltado is very good as long as you get the tender sirloin steak.
