Pho Duyen Mai

Each month we have a team lunch.
This month the boss proposed we meet at Pho Duyen Mai.

Salt and pepper fried chicken wings had a crunchy batter and a bowl and salt and pepper to season the way you want.

I loved the tender and moist wings with the salt and pepper.

Fried egg noodles with bbq pork was very much like chow mein.  Loved the mild flavor of the egg noodles.  Veggies were crisp and fresh.  Bbq pork was tender and had a delicious 5 spice powder based flavor.  This is one of my favorite noodle dishes due to the delicious egg noodles, bbq pork, and seasonings.
2nd visit I tried the pork chops and added grilled shrimp.  White rice was moist and I liked the mild jasmine flavor.  Pork chops had a nice flavor a bit like the bbq pork.  Grilled shrimp had a tasty smoky shrimp flavor.  Cooked perfectly, they were tender and moist.
Service was ok.  They don’t come by to refill your water and it took a long time to get the check.  It’s easier to pay at the register.
Kirk of mmm-yoso!!! has visited many times.
