I like brewing hot tea when I wake up in the morning. Often it is jasmine tea I get from 99 Ranch. It’s economical and I like the light jasmine flavor. This is something I don’t do on vacation though as I don’t want to bring all my tea stuff with me.

Diamond Palace
I remember this mall. Fresh out of college I worked at K-Mart which is now half Burlington Coat Factory and half Northgate Market. I ate here back when this restaurant was Lucky Star. Food was similar to Convoy St dim sum restaurants. Now the place is called Diamond Palace.
Eastern Dynasty
Exciting to see a new Chinese restaurant in the same mall as where China Max was. I noticed they have bbq pork here and tried to order bbq pork pan fried noodles but the waiter would only let me order what was on the menu.
Ocean Beach Farmers Market
Ocean Beach Farmers Market is only a few blocks from the beach and the weather was lovely at the end of summer. I loved the variety of vendors.
