Bulls Smokin’ BBQ

Spaghetti Western
Saloon door entrance for Bulls
Thunder but no smoke.
What I miss about bbq joints in the city is the aroma of smoke.  Driving up the bull and the sign outside was how I found this place.

I do like the country decor and the friendly wait staff.
French fries were your standard fast food fry cooked expertly.  Crunchy outside and nice potato flavor inside.
Onion rings had a strong salty flavor from the beer batter and were nice and crunchy.
Beef ribs were very tender and had a big beefy flavor with delicious smoky flavor a little sweetness from the caramelized sauce.  Very tasty with the addition of a bit of Bull’s original flavor sauce.
Pork ribs were also tender and had some hickory smoke flavor and sweet sauce flavor.  Liked the mixture of flavors and they tasted even better with some of Bull’s original flavor sauce.
I visited the day before Thanksgiving and they had smoked turkey legs.
Turkey was tender and juicy.  Light smoky flavor.  Basted with sweet bbq sauce just like the ribs.  I enjoyed this preparation.  My favorite is still traditional turkey right out of the oven with lots of gravy.
Sarsaparilla soda had a sweet root beer like flavor.  Like it alot.
I also sampled the pulled pork and fries.  Very tasty combination.  So far the bbq beef rib is my favorite menu item.
Kirk of mmm-yoso saw this place first.

I like to take photos of beautiful things like rain falling into puddles. Photos were mostly taken on a Fuji XE-2. Starting 9.9.2016 most photos are taken on a Fuji XT-2. Subsequent photos were taken with an Iphone 13 Pro and an Iphone 15 Pro Max.
