Taste of Thai – Rancho Bernardo

This month our team lunch was held at Taste of Thai in Rancho Bernardo.

Lots of tempting choices on the menu.

I went for the roasted duck noodle soup with egg noodles.  Nice snap to the noodles and a delicious mild egg flavor.  I opted for spice level 1 and the soup had a ton of flavors.  Duck was tender and full of 5 spice powder based flavor.  This is my 2nd favorite duck noodle soup in town.

2nd visit I tried the Thai chicken.  Reminds me of the soy sauce chicken my mom made.  She filled a huge pot with a mixture of soy sauce and herbs they cooked a whole chicken in there with low heat.

Chicken was tender and moist, bursting with soy sauce flavor.  Delicious.

White rice was moist and I enjoyed the mild flavor.

Water and ice was cold and refreshing.  Their water filter does a better job than the carbon based filter I have at home.
