Wildwood Flour

I noticed Wildwood Flour has been open for a while but it has been tricky picking a time to visit as they are only open half the day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Butter croissant had a thin crunchy outer layer with soft buttery inner layers.  Delicious buttery flavor

Almond croissant was just like the butter croissant except the center was filled with this very sweet almond mixture which consisted of almond bits and a sweet almond glaze.

Cinnamon roll was fluffy and very sweet with the icing making it too sweet for me so I removed it.  Light cinnamon flavor and I liked the golden raisins.  Very good tasting treat without the icing.
Croissants were $4 each and the cinnamon roll was $6.  The 2 croissants made for a nice breakfast and I had the cinnamon roll for lunch.

2nd visit.  I noticed they have a large variety of concha’s.
I tried a vanilla one.  Top was a sugary coating with a sweet vanilla flavor while the rest was fluffy and smooth.  Loved the mild pastry flavor and the sweet top.  One of my fav concha experiences.
Butter croissant had a light crunchy outer layer and fluffy delicate insides with a delicious buttery flavor.
Wildwood Flour has some delicious creations.  Staff was friendly and fast.  Wish they were open more.

  1. Like how they spelled out Concha then strung them up. Hopefully they will be open more hours soon.

    1. Yes that was cool!

  2. Yum croissants., and they look expertly made with the darker crispy outer shell and the laminated interior. Too bad their hours are so limited!

    1. Yes. Next time I want to try a baguette and a bee pollen concha. 🙂
