I wondered about all the rocking chairs outside. I now understand. There is often a wait to get in. Your options are shop in the gift shop, sit in the rocking chairs, or wait in your car.
I shopped in the gift shop for a bit.
This is the only place I’ve seen Charles Chips. I love the Charles Chips bbq flavor. Chips are crunchy with a delicious sweet bbq flavor.
After being seated it’s about a half hour before the food arrives.
I ordered the chicken pot pie with biscuit. The biscuit was delicious. I loved the mild flavor and how it wasn’t dry. One of the best biscuits I’ve had.
Chicken pot pie comes with only top crust. I love pie crust and prefer getting the side and bottom crust. The crust was flaky with a delicious sweet buttery flavor. Inside had lots of creamy liquid.
Loved the tender chicken and the carrots. Great tasting chicken pot pie.
This is the 2nd Cracker Barrel I’ve visited and like the first I found the food delicious, the service friendly, and the wait time longer than I prefer.
The last day of our Arizona vacation I took some photos out the car window as we drove towards the Cracker Barrel in Yuma. Rain clouds along with fluffy white ones.

I agree about the wait time and I think everyone seated around us did judging by the annoyed look on faces. Wish they would fix the wait time problem! Nice pictures!

I am willing to wait for the delicious fried chicken and chicken pot pie. It seems the kitchen cooks slowly thus they are not turning over tables and people are waiting outside for a table. Look forward to seeing your experience.
