I have driven by many times and noticed they were hard at work fixing cars. My friend Dr David recommended PB European and Imports after I showed him how I was side swiped. I asked owner Alex what he would charge to repair the damage and was quoted $100. Sounded great to me as an auto body shop quoted $1600 for paint and trim replacement. He said to come back at 8am the next day and it would take 3 hours.
I showed up a bit before 8am and Alex and his staff were all ready to go. I brought my laptop and was gonna wait at Starbucks or somewhere else nearby with wifi but he offered me a ride home.
I accepted but he changed his mind and offered me a loaner car. I couldn’t so no to a Mercedes so I drove home. Lovely lines. Smooth handling. It was my first time driving a Mercedes. My last 4 cars were Japanese economy cars. Less than 3 hours later I got a call to pick up my car.
Alex showed me the work done. I was impressed by how good the car looked.
There were still 3 scratches but the scuff marks were all gone. HR-V glistened so brightly. Inside was very clean too. Impressive I was only charged $100. Customer service, workmanship, and price at PB European and Imports was amazing. Thanks for letting me drive the Mercedes Alex!

Such awesome work for a low price. The worst is needing a dealer or collision shop to fix something like this – amazing how the price is in the thousands so quickly.
Yes once they start painting or ordering parts it gets crazy.
