Tri Tip Tiperia is located in a part of town I’ve never been to. It was cool seeing all the old houses. Hope it stays that way unlike where I live surrounded by towers of steel and concrete.
Guy behind the window was nice and speedy whipping out my sandwich in about 5 minutes.
Tri tip was tender and had a delicious flavor. Lettuce and tomato was fresh and juicy. Bread was fresh. Very good tasting sandwich.
Chocolate chip cookie was fresh and full of chocolate flavor.
Thanks to Kirk of mmm-yoso!!! for finding this place. The tri-tip was delicious.
