Bi-Rite Market – 18th Street

One of the first grocery stores I shopped at was just a bit bigger than Bi-Rite.  At the time I was just interested in getting 7Up and Hires Root Beer.
Bi-Rite is more for gourmet cooks while that old grocery store was more for necessities and alcohol.

There are many goodies here but the pints of ice cream is what interests me the most.  They are $9.99 each so choose wisely.

Vanilla is thick creamy and has a delicious vanilla flavor.
Honey lavender is rich creamy with sweet + strong lavender flavor.
Ricanelas mixed snickerdoodle cookie pieces with cinnamon ice cream.  Delicious combination of flavors.
Bi-Rite has some delicious flavor combinations paired with fresh, rich, and creamy ice cream.  This is one of my favorite spots in San Francisco to get ice cream.

  1. Which flavor was your favorite?

  2. Ricanelas. I love cinnamon ice cream and snickerdoodles. Putting the 2 together was a great idea.
