Pete’s Place
When staying in Bass Lake we usually find a place to eat in Oakhurst. Maggie wanted to visit Pete’s Place. We arrived at 10:50 am hoping to get breakfast. Their menu stated breakfast is served till 11am. We were told they stopped breakfast at 1040am today.
Scoops
I have been to this little plaza before. I visited Howlin’ Rays and had the best chicken and waffles ever. I have not returned as it has an hour or more wait for food. Now I’m here for ice cream. Scoops didn’t have a line when I visited around 4pm on Saturday.
The Museum of Us
This place was called the Museum of Man when I brought my kid here for their Day of the Dead celebration. It was the first time I had Day of the Dead bread. Very cool museum with awesome archetechture.
The Gourmet Bagger Sandwich Shop
I was interested in trying the cheesesteak at The Gourmet Bagger Sandwich Shop. Guy who was cleaning greeted me as I entered. I’m guessing he was the owner.
