Rover dog sitter service

Such a happy boy

When I was in need of a new dog sitter earlier this year I chose the Rover site to find someone.

The happy look after playing fetch

Danny was the first sitter I chose basically because of his experience and dog breed knowledge. After a quick meet and greet, both dog and owner were happy and we booked our first week of boarding in Danny’s home. My doggie was well cared for with walks each day, lot’s of pet’s and naps.

Second boarding reservation was just recently for 8 days. My doggie was well cared for again with daily walk’s, tennis ball play time and a bath! My doggie was more relaxed on this last boarding time as it does take him a bit to put aside his anxiety and I could tell he had a fun time. Danny is his buddy now, part of the pack. This will be where my doggie stays for future trips or vacations!

I’ve enjoyed the food, leash training and collar suggestions for my dog. All very helpful. It’s also an added benefit of other dog play companions depending on whom is staying over in the same timeframe. As my dog loves to play with other dogs of course!

While I’m away and missing my dog or just need another picture, I know that Danny will respond quickly with a video, text or picture. Putting my mind at ease.

Bath time!
Nappy time

I use a combination of my iPhone and my Fujifilm X-E2 camera for all my photographs. Just depends on where I am as to which one I'll use to take my pictures with. I love to write original stories combined with my photographs. If you'd like to send me a message or comment, please do so at; maggie@hungryones.com We just celebrated our 14th Anniversary this October 2016!! So exciting!! 2015 A couple since 2003 and now on the precipice of this new journey, our fondest hope is this website serves a purpose. One of useful information presented in an elegant, beautiful photographic setting. Together we love to discover new restaurants, food trucks, diners, café’s, huts or where ever we find food being served. The love of artful, carefully crafted, passionately orchestrated food, beverages and let’s not forget desert, Is something we both enjoy immensely. Immersing ourselves in the history, culture and surrounding locations of our adventures hopefully leads to not only meeting new people, but making new friends, sharing ideas, listening to stories and learning something new everyday.
