The Park’s Finest

The Park’s Finest advertises American cuts of bbq with a Filipino flavor.

First I tried the Mount Malindang pork ribs and rib tips.  At first glance I thought the ribs were pork ribs from a Chinese bbq.  Ribs were very tender and the flavor was like pork ribs I’ve had at Chinese bbq spots.  I love Chinese bbq and these ribs were very good.

Next I tried the Timuay beef tri-tip.  Beef was very tender and I enjoyed the smoky beef flavor.  Sadly for me it tasted like there were garlic bits in the crust.  I love brown sugar and pepper crust but the bitter garlic flavor was off putting for me and I wouldn’t get the tri-tip again.
Rice was moist with a nice mild flavor.
Complimentary soda water had a nice clean and refreshing flavor.  Excellent water filtration here.
Outdoor seating has a view of a busy street.
Indoor seating was nicely air conditioned.
Smoker hidden behind the fence.

Server was friendly and helpful as we had a bunch of questions.

I like to take photos of beautiful things like rain falling into puddles. Photos were mostly taken on a Fuji XE-2. Starting 9.9.2016 most photos are taken on a Fuji XT-2. Subsequent photos were taken with an Iphone 13 Pro and an Iphone 15 Pro Max.
