Fries were not crunchy but the flavor was amazing. Texture was soft and fluffy.
14oz ribeye steak from double r ranch was aged 21 days. I found it tender and juicy.
Cooked medium as requested. Lightly seasoned with salt and some butter the flavor was delicious.
Cowboy Star is one of my favorite spots to get a steak. Service was excellent. The team kept our drinks filled and our used dishes were promptly taken away. Server was very knowledgeable.
