Pho Leo & Grill

I visited Pho Leo for the soft opening.

They offered 50% for the weekend.

I ordered the Broken Rice Leo combination plate.  Broken rice was room temperature and had low moisture content.  Mild flavor was ok.

Soup had green onions in it and had a nice flavor.  I prefer soup with meat and veggies in it.

Pork rib was tender with nice char and I liked the smoky flavor.

Pork chop was cut thin and had a nice smoky flavor.  What I didn’t like about the 2 meats is they were marinated in some kind of sauce with garlic in it and I tasted quite a bit of garlic.

Server was nice and provided very good service.
