When I was a kid I remember visiting here. There was a FedMart here. Now it’s a Target. When it was a FedMart there was a sprawling garden center. Now they have constructed new buildings, one of which is The Great Greek Mediterranean. It’s the way of the big city to constantly knock things down and build new things. I am bummed there isn’t much left from when I was a kid.
I registered for a Yelp event at The Great Greek Mediterranean to try some Greek food. I ordered the Australian Lamb Souvlaki plate with fries. Fries were crispy on the outside and seasoned nicely. Pita bread was warm and soft. I liked the light flavor.
Lamb was cooked medium as requested. There was a light char and the lamb was tender and juicy. Loved the flavor.
Rice pudding had a sweet cinnamon flavor.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I like the new building.
