Scramble
Most of the time I cook my own breakfast. There are a few spots where I enjoy the breakfast experience.
I like eating breakfast at Scramble. Place has a bright happy aura.
Employees are nice and friendly. Nicest I’ve come across in Arizona.
I ordered 2 scrambled eggs with bacon and a side of sausage. Eggs were fluffy with a delicious flavor. Bacon was very crunchy with a savory and smoky flavor. While I liked the flavor, the bacon was too crunchy for me. I like a little crunch on the edge but not dried out like rock candy.
Sausage had a snap to it with a sweet and savory flavor. Next time I’ll get the eggs with double sausage or the steak and eggs.
Nice soda selection. I saw RC Cola alot when I was a kid but it’s been a long time since the last sighting. RC Cola has a sweet cola flavor a bit like Pepsi.

I like to take photos of beautiful things like rain falling into puddles. Photos were mostly taken on a Fuji XE-2. Starting 9.9.2016 most photos are taken on a Fuji XT-2. Subsequent photos were taken with an Iphone 13 Pro and an Iphone 15 Pro Max.

Seems like a nice place. Traveling is the usually the only time I go out for breakfast! It’s so easy to make at home and with prices these days paying $30 at Breakfast Republic for some eggs and pancakes (and waiting 2 hours) seems like grand larceny.
