I came here for my bi-annual eye exam. The staff and the eye doctor were all very polite and helpful. For anyone needing it they do have bilingual staff. I’ve noticed each time I’ve been here they speak Spanish and the television is tuned to Spanish channels.

Great view of the Coronado bridge and the parking lot.

After my exam they told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks before my glasses were ready. Much to my delight my glasses were ready within 3 weeks!  I was looking forward to them as my old glasses effectiveness had worn off. When I first tried them on they fit perfect. If you need any adjustments to your glasses just ask. I’ve been wearing them for almost a week now and they are just wonderful.

They have plenty of parking in the rear of the building. Just be careful when you get out of your car as the spaces are super close.

Also if you have any sort of disability, there is an elevator to reach the upper floors. Plus they are still requiring everyone to wear a mask within the facility.

I plan on coming back here for my next exam and new pair of glasses if needed. My insurance covers both costs.

I use a combination of my iPhone and my Fujifilm X-E2 camera for all my photographs. Just depends on where I am as to which one I'll use to take my pictures with. I love to write original stories combined with my photographs. If you'd like to send me a message or comment, please do so at; maggie@hungryones.com We just celebrated our 14th Anniversary this October 2016!! So exciting!! 2015 A couple since 2003 and now on the precipice of this new journey, our fondest hope is this website serves a purpose. One of useful information presented in an elegant, beautiful photographic setting. Together we love to discover new restaurants, food trucks, diners, café’s, huts or where ever we find food being served. The love of artful, carefully crafted, passionately orchestrated food, beverages and let’s not forget desert, Is something we both enjoy immensely. Immersing ourselves in the history, culture and surrounding locations of our adventures hopefully leads to not only meeting new people, but making new friends, sharing ideas, listening to stories and learning something new everyday. Good to have an eye care provider you trust. I’m getting blinder by the year so I spend a lot of time at my optometrist’s office lol.

They do have a nice vantage point of the bridge! I never needed glasses until I reached my 40’s. It’s been a learning experience with all the different types of eyewear you can choose. I tried out bifocals for awhile but I could never get used to them!
