Bark Box / 221 Canal Street Floor 2 New York, New York 10013

This is a follow up from my July post.

Excited doggie!

The two replacement toys arrived much to my delight on August 7th! Each toy comes with a set of instructions. This is very helpful as it gives you ideas and things to watch out for.

The green Doggie Paddle is made out of nylon. They recommend sanding down the rough spots after chewing. Bear has not been able to tear off chunks of this toy. So far just chew marks and he really likes it too! This one has a nice vanilla scent.

Sven the Hedgie with Bear

The grey Sven the Hedgie captivated Bear’s attention. I’ve put peanut butter on it and he licked most of it off! He has chewed this rubber one a lot and so far only some teeth marks. They do recommend supervising your dog while chewing for all toys and to throw away the toy if he ever does tear a piece off. Think it’s gonna be awhile before he can do that.

Front after chewing, not bad.
Back after chewing, not bad.

I’m very happy with these toys and the response time from all the Bark Box people via online chat or email. I’ll continue to update my posts as Bear receives new treats and toys.

Left side after chewing with a bit of peanut butter!
Right side after chewing. Holding up well.

I use a combination of my iPhone and my Fujifilm X-E2 camera for all my photographs. Just depends on where I am as to which one I'll use to take my pictures with. I love to write original stories combined with my photographs. If you'd like to send me a message or comment, please do so at; maggie@hungryones.com We just celebrated our 14th Anniversary this October 2016!! So exciting!! 2015 A couple since 2003 and now on the precipice of this new journey, our fondest hope is this website serves a purpose. One of useful information presented in an elegant, beautiful photographic setting. Together we love to discover new restaurants, food trucks, diners, café’s, huts or where ever we find food being served. The love of artful, carefully crafted, passionately orchestrated food, beverages and let’s not forget desert, Is something we both enjoy immensely. Immersing ourselves in the history, culture and surrounding locations of our adventures hopefully leads to not only meeting new people, but making new friends, sharing ideas, listening to stories and learning something new everyday.
