Scent of seared beef was strong. I could see pieces of beef reflecting the sun. Lettuce and tomato could not hide the juicy beef. I ordered a Philly cheese steak with just the steak, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. White bread was fresh, fluffy, and had a nice flavor. Steak was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Bacon was crunchy and full of savory flavor. I was amazed at how much steak was stuffed into my sandwich. Awesome sandwich!
After I consumed that wonderful sandwich I found out the manager Gino the skilled cook behind the flattop. Place was clean and the employees nice. I’m be back next time I’m craving a steak sandwich.
There is a nice parking lot which gets full if you hit this place at lunch time. It’s far enough from the beach that you might find parking on a side street but still retains a cool beach vibe and a fresh ocean breeze.
